u can decide who goes first in your group but try not
to come later than the assigned time becos we're
running on a tight schedul. everyone has about 7mins
or so to show us your item and an interview.. its very
basic so dont worry k.. the item can be what you've
done before or something u've choreographed.. u can
decide to do it in pairs if u want cos i know we girls
can be kinda shy =p.. we just want to see what type of
dance u're influenced by and stuff like that.

Remember to bring your CD or mp3 along unless there's
no music to your piece.. we'll have a cd player for u
=D

hi guys.. know u guys r busy with school and all.. but holis are just around the corner.. so press on yah..

practice for sonicfest boot camp has started once again..
i think we did quite ok on our first practice huh.. although we're not done with the chorus but i think we learnt quite fast.. there's more to come this sunday.. so excited.. r u guys practicing? hmmm..
we'll probably gonna have to make practices on weekday nights soon.. we'll talk about that again once we've gotten all the steps in our heads..
also thinking of going to a studio once we're confident so that we can look at ourselves in the mirror and brush up.. get some money prepared.. should not cost more than $8-10 yap..

Soldiers of Christ, listen up! this is sonic festival as you've never seen it before: sonic festival 2006: boot camp!

This event will be a 3-day conference, featuring a wide panel of regional and overseas guest speakers. the boot camp seeks to equip and envision believers to understand and learn how to evangelise today's postmodern generation through personal evangelism and reaching out through performing and creative arts - preparing all of God's soldiers (that's you and me) for spiritual battle.

Make no mistake - this is not your typical conference. we are going to get down and dirty with some downright ugly issues, press your buttons and push the boundaries of discourse on ministering to today's generation.

hi guys, its been a long time since i've posted..
hope everyone's fine and dandy =D
those preparing for ur exams.. o's a's or finals.. whatever u may call it.. continue to do ur best.. not for anyone else.. just for yourself, your future and for God to be glorified through your actions, studies.. yap..
those not under emense stress, i pray that u too will glorify God in whatever u may be in..
eventhough we may be really packed with stuff, lets take time out to reflect daily k.. know it may be difficult at times.. but yap.. lets chill with God

i believe that when our heart beats in-sync with Gods, we can be used mightly... Amen? Amen!

I pray that this year, we won't be just a dance group but a dance group that has grown not only in how well we can dance but a group that is closer to God.. and God will unite us as one body in Christ and we definately be used greatly.

The Sonic Festival team has seen God taking us from strength to
strength every year, facing new challenges, seeing new visions and
dreams and watching Him cause them to come to pass. This year is no
different: God has spoken to the SF team and is taking us in a
radical direction for 2006, challenging us to do a one-off special
event just for this year.

Soldiers of Christ, listen up! The Sonic Festival team is pleased to
present this year's Sonic Festival event: the Sonic Festival Boot
Camp 2006! this event will be a 3-day stay-out day camp, featuring
keynote regional and overseas guest speakers. The Boot Camp seeks to
equip and envision for personal evangelism and outreach through
performing and creative arts - preparing all of God's soldiers
(that's you and me) for spiritual battle, to understand and learn how
to fulfil the mission that God has charged us with.

The dates for Sonic Festival Boot Camp 2006 will be 21 to 23rd of

Hey everyone!On behalf of the Sonic Festival 2005 Committee, allow me to extend myheartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation for the selfless effortsyou have put in to making SF05 an event not to be forgotten! I cansafely say that we have not had a team of crew members, artistes andprayer intercessors who have served with so much passion and dedicationas you all have. It is heartening to see so many of you coming togetherto make this event happen, not for the event's sake, but for the gloryof God! Every single one of you played a crucial part in making thisevent happen; let me tell you that no matter how insignificant you feltyour role may have been, you were absolutely indispensable to thefestival - we could not have pulled this off without your help. Onceagain, from the very bottom of my heart - Thank you.

We are still in the midst of accumulating the facts and figures of theevent, and I can't offer you a clear picture of how the event went justyet, but I am very sure of one thing - God was indeed faithful, He gaveus PERFECT weather (can I hear an amen to that?), He was faithful inbringing people to the festival, and as He promised me in Isaiah 60:1 amonth ago, His Glory did indeed shine down upon Fort Canning throughoutthose three memorable days. I can remember standing onstage on theGIVEstage, looking out at the massive crowd as the audience blindersilluminated their faces and thinking that the people of God havearisen, and His Glory shines on their faces!

As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we would like toextend an invitation to all of you to join us for a post-festivalparty! Here are the details:

hi guys, there's a little change in schedul. Kairos will be on at 1335hrs on saturday and Kyra will be on at 1400hrs.. so guys, we'll all have to be there at about 11.35am..

Rehearsal will be at 7pm on wednesday. We'll meet at 6.30pm at plaza singapura, outside cafe cartel(next to mc donalds) please don't be late

We'll have one 3 day pass for ourselves and one saturday pass for a friend.. sorry for the misunderstanding =p

yay! k guys.. we have complimentry 3 day passes to sonicfest and one extra day pass on the day we're performing for a friend or sth.. cool huh... yapz.. down side is that we'll have to wear it all three day though.. small price to pay for free passes =p so if all goes well, we'll have it.. pray that they dont change their minds or that I read it wrongly.. =p
Theres also a prayer meeting on the 16/07(saturday) at The Third Place, 2pm... so yap.. hope we all can go this time since we didn't go the last.. tell me if u wanna go k..

Dance, A form of worship!

About 2 weeks ago, we dancers shared about what we wanted out of this ministry; our vision, how we joined dance and how we wanted to grow spiritually through dance. It was a really fun getting to know eachother a little bit better other then how far michelle can stretch and how I can't touch my toes =p

to sum up, we came out to have 3 main visions

Evangilise! - we have to be aware of how powerful dance can be and how we can use it to break spiritual barriers and bring the message
Grow Spiritually - not just come to dance for the sake of coming
Dancing as a form of worship - not just dance to choreographed songs... free worship!

also, we wanna remember Rachels bubble...
